Well they do say 40 is the new 20!!!!!!!!!
My mum turned 40 5 years ago and her and 7 friends went to paint balling! yes u read right paint balling.
She had a blast of a time and it was something she had never done. There are paintballing centres all over the UK and as i said its a great laugh and u can really let your hair down and u will be talkin about it for years to come

I'd say go out to dinnner, maybe go to a spa and all get manicures/pedicures, something like that, just a girls time out!
