My ski team starts to meet on Monday. I am wondering if there are any workouts I can do to get me in shape for skiing. Any advice would be wonderful on exercise and eating. Thanks

I have posted a few questions on here and no one seems to be able to understand so i am having a friend type for me my problem is my wife she seems to be ungratful that i helped her when i did not have to and im going to explain to you a little more because some of you think im a complete jerk I married this girl in 2001 and she is 10 years younger than me at the time she was 15 and i took her out of a bad place If she thinks so or not it was and i have given her a place to live food(real food not this frozen food stuff she ate before) she got things when i could buy it and she is now 21 and has got a attitude she has been complaining since the second year of out marriage that my family gets everything and its like she has some sort of problem with them when they love her I will give you a example more recent the got scamed i knew it was a scam but I did not say a thing to her i took her to the bank cashed the check and what happened it bounced now I HAVE lost over 3000 dollars...

How do I know if my boyfriend is the right guy? He's really nice and we enjoy some of the same things. I feel great when I'm with him but sometimes it feels like everything is stagnant. i attend uhd i wanted to major in law but i have changed my mind and i want to become a doctor, i want to stay in the houston area but i dont know any universities that offer the program to become a doctor. UH offers optometrist but i want to b a general doctor or the one that specifies like in injuries such as gunshots and stabs. im still a freshman in college but i want to know what classes or if i should get a b.s or a masters before entering medical school. if there isnt any medical schools in houston, what are the closest ones??
