Has anyone had Lichen Plantus?

I have lichen plantus, the Dr. perscribed a cream for me with steriods in it. A month later I went back to the Dr. and I still have it. He perscribed another cream. It seems like today it is getting worse in other areas. What should I do?

is it that you itch all over the place? you can start wearing long stockings and cotton gloves to minimise the cotact of your hands and heels for unconscious itching, also try moisturisers, ask him for itch pills, consider caladryl lotion. good luck
