First of all, you should get a BS in pre-med which I believe may be offered at UH. A pre-med is the best option to gain entrance into med school. If they do not have a catalog listing for pre-med, speak to a counselor there and see if they have all the courses required for a pre-med. That is acceptable to med-schools.

For medical school UT has one in Houston

You are clearly clueless about this tiopic, so before you make any commitment, you should do some research ( I mean, real research, not asking quesitons on Yahoo!) and see what the options are.

Getting into medical school is tough. There are a lot of people who have been planning on studying medicine since they were kids. You are at a strong disadvantage compared to them until you read up on this and check it out carefully.

And, you dont have a lot of time to do this either, because you need to be taking the Med School required courses -- you need to be doing that right away. Hope you did well in math and chemistry in High School - you are going to love college organic chemistry, calculus and physics! :)

They let you in college when you can't phrase a question correctly? Are there any schools in Houston to become a Dr.?
