their are many extracts that do this i don't know them all but here are a few. The standardized extract of the of leaves Ginkgo,Burra Gokhru Tribulus,Damiana,Muira Puama,Epimedium,Motherwort ,Lycii ,Dendrobium,Poria,Rehmannia and Pippali also their is a natural extract that shrinks the vagina and you can buy this in any store it is alum it has been used for thousands of years in the middle east you mix it with water or make a paste then you rub the paste just inside you let it stay on 10 minutes wash away or if you want to shrink the entire vaginal canal you use the water mixture as a douche and after 20 minutes douche with clean water .
