hydro-electric cars/hydro-electric dams; don't you think they can fill a tank with water and churn that water through a funnel which generates electricity which in turn generates energy to run the car's engine and move the thing? What I did mean however was hybrid; hydro and gas or hydro and electric run engines. But thanks to my brainfart and your smart-alleckyness, we have a newer idea for utilizing this technology, unless that is how it's done already.
I actually saw a car in Palm Springs pull over into a bus loading zone and fill it's tank with a 2-liter bottle of water!!!! Why aren't we demanding this technology be developed more fully (seize-ups) and used more widely? No more relying on international trade of oil. No more browning out our planet.
