A month in fridge. An hour on the counter.

If it's refrigerated between 34 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, 32 days, 4 hours, 17 minutes and 14 seconds, give or take a week for variation of temperature. However, if left out on the countertop (room temperature) 2 days, 3 hours and 43 minutes. This does not take into account your own body's resistance to decayed food, but on average, 60% of those with high resistance to tainted food have also injested food covered and microwaved with Saran Wrap. Conversely, 58% of those who have ever eaten cereal with 10% insect body parts present a low tolerance for tainted food.
Hope this helps~

Until it separates completely. Also don't use it if it smells. I have had mayonaise last for 6 months and still be good. (I live by myself and it takes forever to go through 1 jar.)

They will last 2 months in the refrigerator. Most mayo has an expiration date somewhere on the jar but if it doesn't this is the rule of thumb.

Look to see if there is an experation date on the jar. Otherwise I would smell it to make sure it smells ok.

More than you probably realize. I had a master chef once tell me it was OK even though it had been open for two weeks. He said it was the preservatives that kept it good.

Keep it in the refrigerator. You should be able to use it for a few months as long as it stays COLD in the fridge.

be sure and keep it in the fridge. If it's out longer than like an hour or two, throw it out. But in a fridge, like 2 months.
