Is it true that you should limit your fish and other seafood intake due to amount of methyl mercury contained in some varieties? If so, which kinds of fish should you try to stay away from? And if consumed excessively, what would/could the outcome be? I eat ALOT of broiled/baked fish, should I be concerned? How about over time if I continue to eat it on a regular basis?

I was so happy when I put together my own chair yesterday then today a screw flew out and the seat tipped. I said I'll fix it myself when I get home from yoga...he said no I'll do it because you will break it...i said I want to do it myself...h esaid no, go to yoga...I cried and said let me do it, I want to learn how to do it...he said it would be better if you left now.

When I got home he was cheerful and the chair was fixed. I said thank you but did not want to.

frequent back aches actually all the time gained alot of weight eating more kinda sore in my back area. shaky a bit and weak feel bloated took a pregnancy test a week ago and it said no then i started my period but this has been going on for about 2 months.

I was raised as a Christian, and I was recently baptized of my own decision. I believe in God. I am finally (after 16 years) reading the Bible. The group of friends I have hung out with for the past few years are good people. They really are. They were at my baptism without me even asking them to be because they knew it was important to me. They do use some strong language, however, and do some things I know is wrong. They rarely cuss around me because they know I don't like it, and never make me do something I don't want to do. Lately, however, I keep thinking that maybe it's not exactly...I don't know...alright, for me to be hanging out with them. I love my friends, and in my heart I don't want to make new friends. Is this wrong?

I've been taking vitex for almost a week...but i have really bad stomach cramps...and my boobs are really sore they feel kinda like there heavy or something...i mean yeah there heavy but im saying like heavy and there sore .....anyone else get this when they took it? i know stomach pains is something that is a side effect...and also it hurts when we have sex now and im having back pains....so? whats up with that...could it just be an infection or is it just the vitex???
