Hi....I made bacon cheeseburgers and used good slab bacon and muenster cheese. I fried up some red onion and had lettuce and tomato. I also made some curly fries. Though it was really good, it didn't hit the spot. All I can think about is a Quizno's Philly cheesesteak prime rib sandwich and oreos with whole milk. I don't have any of those either right now. I am in a pickle.

Homemade chicken pie. Yummy! I actually just ate the rest of it a moment ago, since I was hungry again, too.

What I believe is my own creation. Roast beef "pizza".

Par baked pizza crust with homemade beef gravy instead of pizza sauce, then a layer of mashed potatoes.
Topped with very thin, deli-sliced roast beef, sliced mushrooms, diced onion, drizzled with a little more beef gravy and then shredded cheddar jack cheese.

Yummmmm!

I went to Mickey D's and had a double quarter pounder with cheese. Dang that was good. I really wanted a good cheeseburger.

Homemade chicken tortilla soup with homemade flour tortilla chips.

I made with leftover, shredded, taco chicken, corn, black beans, vegetable stock and seasonings. The tortilla chips were just flour tortillas cut in quarters, dabbed with olive oil and baked under the broiler.

Delicious!
