So my ex dumped me a month ago. She said she wanted to be friends when she dumped me and I told her that I could not do that because I needed time to get over her. I felt bad saying that cause she is going through a tough time. Her dad passed 4 months ago and she is currently in therapy dealing with that and other problems. She has low self esteem and always seeks attention. I am over her know though and have not talked to her in a month. Would it be okay to send her a quick txt on her birthday to say happy birthday and hope she is doing well?

My boyfriend has a daughter who is 25, maybe 26 yrs old and she moved in with her dad with her 2 kids, and her husband. This is the 3rd time she has come back home to stay because they financially cannot make it on their own. She has spending problems.
I am 42 yrs old, raised 2 kids alone with no spousal support. I obtained a degree after my husband deserted and I make a very good living. I work a 12 hr a day job and my parents are both deceased. I am respected in my community
My boyfriends daughter stood outside his bedroom door listening to us while we were in bed and yelled in and asked her dad if she should call the police to have me removed from the house.
She is dirty, she doesnt clean up after her kids and never offered to do dishes, vacume or clean the whole time she lived with her dad. The house was filthy. Her dad says I should be kind to his daughter. I think he is cracked. He left a note on his fridge telling her how proud he was of her. She is a user.

My boyfriend has a Black-Lab Mix. During work he lets him outside, so that he doesn't have any "Accidents" in the house while he is gone. He makes sure to leave a warm bed in the garage (Leaving the door a crack open for Champ to get in and out for him to use the backyard.) He leaves food & water in the garage. Sometimes I worry though that he is cold. I just want to make sure that he'll be okay. Suggestions?
