It's actually pretty lame as far as coasters go... but if ridiculous heights scare the hell out of you, then yes... it would be rather scary.... sit on the outside and look down.
Me? I just got done riding zip-lines through the rain forest canopy in Mexico.... and that didn't scare me... so there's no such thing as a 'scary' roller coaster, though there are tons of fun ones.

The "Cyclone Chaser" at Long Beach Amusement park in CA was the scariest wooden roller coaster I ever went on!! like forever to get to the top "clackety, clackety, clack" then "whoooossh" the ground fell away! and it was night with the Ocean breeze in your hair, eyes watering and the lights of the park below were like tiny Christmas lights, it was a convertible ride in outer space! The Stratosphere is very scary! You never come down to the ground, you circle the outer parameter of the skyscraper!

I found out they dismantled the coaster on top of the stratosphere either last winter or the year before in 2005. The fastest coaster I've been on is the Dragster at Cedar Point. It goes from 0 to 120 mph in 4 secs. One of the more freakier ones I was on was Face Off at King's Island. When it pulls the coaster back all the people facing forward feel like they're ready to fall out of their seats.

It would probably be california Screamin at Disneyland. Especially because I had never been on a roller coaster before and this on goes from 0 to 60 in 5 seconds!

Yeah! Coney Island! It's like not even the ride as much as the construction is ancient history that looks like it is going to collapse any minute.

I've never been on that ride, but my favorite ride is the "Vertical Horizon" and the "Drop" at Six Flags.
