My sister in law has a major head cold right now... stuffy/runny nose, swollen sinuses... ect. I want to put together a get well bag for her and I'm not sure what she can use. She has Sudafed but since she's pregnant she can't take it very often.

So far I've thought of Breath Right strips and some Pepperment Eucalyptus body spray to spritz on her pillow at night... does anyone know of anything that's okay to use for a cold while pregnant?

I think I understand the feeling it's like when I walk through a group of lads and am worried I'll have to fight them. But how is the real thing, do you really think people are so interested in you and what? talk about you WOW big deal please explain in detail. As a mother and maybe even as a sister growing up, have you ever caught your son and/or brother masturbating? And honestly how did you handle it! Did you sit down and openly talk! My natural tendancy's are to be up very late at night 2-3am (unless I take sleeping pills each night and knock my self out, but who wants to live like that all the time) I get up at 6:45am for about an hour to see the kids off to school and sleep again until about 1-2pm. I can do this as I am at home because I am on disability. I guess it just would be nice to be able to keep a more normal schedule. It seems no matter how ahard I try sooner or later I keep getting all turned around. Any suggestions?

How much weight has everyone else gained by 26 weeks? I was gaining weight very slow in the beginning and now I feel like I have gained too much. I don't look huge or anything but ive gained 19 pounds so far and I was avg weight before pregnancy.
