there is a funny thing that we've been hearing "this week" from the corporate media...(I think the two brain surgeons above me heard it too.. their tales are wagging ) "It's going to be a close race"? . two weeks ago in our United States Of Amnesia .. it was going to be a Democrat land slide with as much as a 30 point advantage in some places.. within 7 days and no real appreciable Republican "victory" except for Mr. Kerry's ill received pun... they are all of a sudden "going to keep the house" (Bob Novak) "Looks Like they're even going to pick up several seats this time around" (S. Hannity) and this one is the best "The Democrats have botched things so badly in the past several years that Democrat incumbants should be happy to keep their jobs" (Bill O'really ?)
.. so yes the fix is in .. and the gears of the evil Sith Lords are once again turning, oiled by tax payers dollars and the blood of innocence, spilled on far away desert sands....

Elections have always been corrupt. The Kennedy election in 1960 was thrown when 100,000+ votes for Nixon were thrown out, giving Illinios to Kennedy. The elections of 1884 and 1888 were so crooked that the wrong man probably took office. On local levels the cheating has aways been apparent. Why do you think it's worse now?

No it isn't. If you study the electoral process you will find that today's elections are much less corrupt than ever. In the days of manual counting and tallying, their was so much cheating going on at all levels of government, and no way to correct or verify results. With the automation of voting in the last 50 or so years, today's election are less fraudulent than ever.

Well, I see in Ohio they are already discussing problems with absentee ballots and how the parameters keep changing regarding what is acceptable and it's so close to elections...I see a big problem with the fact that they change the rules after the absentee ballot cards are already filled...that is wrong!
