My natural tendancy's are to be up very late at night 2-3am (unless I take sleeping pills each night and knock my self out, but who wants to live like that all the time) I get up at 6:45am for about an hour to see the kids off to school and sleep again until about 1-2pm. I can do this as I am at home because I am on disability. I guess it just would be nice to be able to keep a more normal schedule. It seems no matter how ahard I try sooner or later I keep getting all turned around. Any suggestions?

Jammer, what a judgemental answer! That was no help at all. I don't sleep my life away and my house is very clean. I simply do these things later in the afternoon and evening besides is 3-4 hours of sleep enough for you?

everyone's clock is a little messed up, just some are more than most...

it'll take a little while, but force yourself to stay up during the day, by the time 11:00 or 12:00 comes around you should be tired... sleep

if you're in front of a computer screen, get away from it at night, it's one of many things that can keep you up till all hours of the night.

I suggest instead of going to bed after the kids have gone to school, you find something interesting to fill your time. Like, household duties or somethin?? I could lay in bed all day too, but there are jobs to be done. Don't waste your life in dreamland.
