laws about deeds?

when someone passes away in Michigan and the have 2 deeds that are dated 6 days apart, which one do they use. 1 is from previous property owner and 1 is from corporate title agency.

2 deeds with girlfriend as joint tenant with right of survivorship, the 2nd deed dated 6 days later by a corporate titling agency doesnt say, which one will the state use?
