every pregnancy is different with my son i gained 57 pounds and so far with this one at 25.5 wks i have gained only 10 pounds and for the first five months i had only gained 1 pound and with in one month i gained 9 pounds. it all depends on the women and the pregnancy as long as your eating like your suppose to don't worry about it your going to gain what your going to gain after you have the baby then you can work on losing it but for right now don't worry about your weight just eat healthy and you'll be just fine. good luck and congratulations.
(for underwieght before preg. women should gain 28-40 lbs.
overweight before preg. women should gain 15-25 lbs.
pregnant with twins you should gain 35-45 lbs.)

Talk to your doctor. I believe you are doing fine.

Eliminate soda, white sugar, white flour and white bread.

Nutrition:
Fruit, vegetables, low-fat protein, 9-12 grain bread for fiber, lots of milk, dairy, yogurt, soy-tofu, and more fruit for dessert, and dark chocolate if you crave candy...it has good endorphins for the brain so you feel better....don't forget fiber oatmeal and such, and don't skip breakfast.

Relax and enjoy your pregnancy ...you're ready to have a blessing that will last a lifetime! Congratulations, and may GOD bless all of your dreams.

That's the kind of question that's best answered by your physician as they know your build and the size of your baby.
