I have been prescribed Xanax for the anxiety by my doctor but it hasn't helped. My anxiety attacks feel like I have a weight in my chest (can't catch my breath), I keep checking my pulse to make sure my heart is beating, I feel like my blood pressure is either really high or really low, and have a general feeling of impending doom. These attacks come and go several times every day. The dizzy spells are short lived and more sporadic. Any idea what this is? Thanks in advance for your help.

I am in the highlands of Scotland in the village of Lumsden looking out the window right now, at two rainbows. One is very very bright and one is around 45 meters away from the other but much duller. My cat puked on the basement stairs. I don't go down there often and was not aware of it, meanwhile my roomate stepped in it a few times. Once I was aware of it, I forgot to clean it up right away, went out for a few hours, remembered, went to clean it up, it was gone. I found it on my bedroom dresser.
