A pirate complete from head to toe with long black wig, eye patch, hat, and boots. Best of all he had "real" swords on his side and the most incredible was a "real" hook on his left hand. He was going throughout the hospital last night for patients and visitors to see. Everyone was amazed how authentic he looked.

Two guys in my dorm dressed as the Green Monkeys, contestants from a nickelodeon show Legends of the Hidden Temple... It was an ingenious costume.

An entire family dressed patriotic. The two little girls were dressed as the Liberty Bell & Statue of Liberty, Mom was a US flag, and Dad had a headpiece that was Mt. Rushmore (I think his head was Lincoln). The dog "wore" the Capitol building - it was great!

Either this cute little baby bat, wings and everything, sleeping on his daddy's shoulder, or a tiny Batman with a pacifier. I love small children in costumes.

It rained so we didn't get out but my mom was dresses as a really old nurse, my hubby was a pirate (very sexy) I was an aging Hollywood starlet and my daughter was a bride (so adorable) my 15 month old was sick and didn't dress up and my brother-in-law borrowed hubbys pirate costume again very sexy so I guess I would say pirate.

A family dressed as the frog & princess. Dad was in a frog suit with a crown, Mom was a pretty princess in a ball gown & the had a baby in a frog suit.

sexiest costume was a girl pirate, just done up very very well
best costume was Bill Clinton, no mask, just hair style, suit, makeup etc
