I wanted to know what the difference between them...what does the machine do to the muscle? and what does the dumbell do to the muscle? some people told me to start with the machine then the dumbells, others said the opposite... i'm confused!!!! PLEASE HELP

My partner is driving me slowly but effectivley insane. I do not know what to do with him. He cant look after himself to the point that if he goes out without me for a night out, guarenteed he will end up in hospital like last week when he got drunk, fell over and smashed his teeth in and got concussion. He asks me questions constantly about my work and if there are any men there I fancy or would consider leaving him for, He is always depressed and using me as a counselling service to work out all of his lifes problems such as appointments, debt and family difficulties so on, I feel like I have a baby to deal with. I have tried telling him, shouting and so on, but he cries. We are both 27 and have no children.

I want to drink this Halloween, but I don't want to repeat what happened to me last year. I drank so much that I ended up taking home this model in a nurse costume. Unfortunately, when I woke up (sobered up) I didn't see a sexy model instead I saw an atrocious she-beast slobbering on my pillow. It took a while for my buddies to stop ragging on me. How come so many believers in extra terrestrial life, not including microscopic lifeforms, think it's enough evidence to claim the universe is large so ETs must therefor exist? every time i am with my daughter he goes to me and plays with my daughter. the other day my brother told him that someone likes him so he gave him his number. then he asked is that person has a baby and if its a girl. my brother said yes. then the next day he went with my brothers and cousins to my house. he was trying to play with the my daughter but my daguhter is scared of him.lol. while we was in the livingroom he was caring my cousin and i was sitting in front of the coutch that he was sitting at so i looked at him directly t his eyes nd he stared at me back for like 5 seconds then i looked away.
