how to catch latios and where are the place that latios will come?

Latios or Latias After beating the elite four, watch the T.V. downstairs in your house.

Latios or Latias Mix records with a Ruby or Sapphire with the Eon ticket, and go to Southern Island.

Getting Latias Or Latios
After you defeat the Elite Four, go to your house and watch the television downstairs. After you watch it, your mom will ask you what color the Pokemon is. If you say Red, you will find Latias. If you say Blue, it will be Latios.

Getting the other Lati
To get the other Lati (Latios or Latias), Mix Records with a Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire game that used the Eon Ticket. You can then get to a hidden island via the SS Tidal where you can find the Lati you didn't choose.

Latios is pretty easy to catch...

first of course beat the elite 4 and steven watch tv at home (littleroot) saying

here is what i did keep walking in areas like near pacifidilog, mauville, fortree, sootopolis. just keep wondering around witout using fly for for a long period of time later after time wasted walikng like hell you'll be able to encounter it. but thing is it runs away easily... fortunately it stays on your pokedex now here comes the juicy bit...

1. get three wobuffets on the safari zone to force latios not to run away
2. use fly repeatedly on mauville only
3. after every fly check your pokedexon the area where latios is eventually it will be near mauville
4. WALK dont run dont use the bike WALK to the area where Latios is
5. again rome around like there i no tommorow but check your pokedex if its still in the mauville area if not go back to step 2.
6. once you encountered it make sure wobbufet is your 1st pokemon to show off.
7 . throw the master ball if you used it already throw any other ball most adviced is timer ball or ultra ball

note: dont change pokemon only stick with wobuffet
heal wobuffet make sure it survives

usually when ur surfin near pacif log latios will frist appear...it can appear any where once u finish the league......once it first appears ,wound it a little,it will run away...whatevey u do(even if u try to catch it it will run away)......then check ur pokedex for latios and check the area...it will tell u where it is now.......what ever u do, dont fly there....it will go away...walk or surf there and try in wild grass...then again check it.....keep doing his..about the 4th time u meet it u will be able to capture it.......DONT KILL IT
