No, assuming that the word "it" is adequately referenced in the preceeding sentence, the sentence should read:

"Hopefully, it does not cause you to much trouble."

A better way to put it would be this:

I'm hoping that this will not cause you too much trouble.

the sentence is ok but wrong puntuation mark.... u don need a full-stop before question mark...
in the sentence : hopefully it wont cause you much trouble
