What is need to do it? Face is the index of mind. People who remain natural lead a good life. Choice is yours.

The bitter truth is that we do need to hide our true feelings from each other - sometimes with good intentions, but often not. No matter whatever our capability to hide our feelings showing up on our face, those who are close to us and know us well can always read our feelings fairly accurately. There is no way we can prevent our feeling from showing at least in a moderate way in our expression.

What we then need to do is to perhaps make sure we do not allow any feeling to linger on inside us for long. We need to consciously keep shifting our mind from one topic to another. This way all expressions that we display will only have a fleeting impression on those who are observing us.

I have seen how cleverly these poker faced guys change topics whenever some sensitive one crops up.

Maybe take an acting class or spend some time practicing in the mirror. Read a book on non-verbal communication.

Maybe practice hypnosis but that could take up more time than you may have. You could where a gentle mask of a wafe-like material that will make your skin taut, something that you can peel off or have peeled off by the person you want it peeled off by.

Law of cybernetics.. act out what emotion you want your face to reflect... so if you feel sad but you want to project happiness, act as if you are happy, smile, laugh, etc..and eventually it will become natural.

Try think of something that you feel very strongly like a A's student and work your face to do that

you can start thinking of something else at that time. or else try to change the topic at tht particular moment itself so that you dont have to express what you feel, although i feel it is completely wrong not to show sthing that u feel unless its in ur professional life.

when ever u wish to hold ur face expressions then u can hold ur fist so tightly that the pain will dominate ur expressions and ur face will be normally placed.

Try to relax yourself and be cool..Automatically you can hold your facial expressions..meditate and you can control anything..
