They are always horrible, graphic and terrifying. ( I've woken up crying.) I just got a new dog and I feel safe with him, but as soon as I go to sleep- .. Well, he's not there to protect me.

My nightmares are neve reoccuring and they are always with different things that scare me.

Are there any teas or vitamins that would help me mellow out?
(becasue therapy is out of my budget,)

I think I may have some stress becasue my hubby just got a job transfer to a new city - and I' still adjusting to out home and life..

any ideas?

I only started this new job a few weeks ago, and I've become the sounding board for one coworker in particular to vent all her frustrations about the job, other coworkers, our boss, etc. So much trash talking behind their backs. It makes me uncomfortable. What's the best way to let her know it bothers me and to essentially "keep the negativity to herself" without insulting her. Mind you, I do have to continue working with her on a project and want to keep things cool. She's a lot older than me, and several positions higher than me so I need to be respectful. I need to tread lightly. Her constant complains are making me bitter on a job that I otherwise love. Any suggestions? Thank you for your help.

In the mid-seventies we were all warned that the oil was a finite resource and we should conserve it. It was called "The Energy Crisis" Now I am told that we use too much of it and in 100 years we will all die due to climate change.

Let's say for example someone was in a car accident or whatever, and the car bursted into flames. Why would this happen? How would this happen? Too much heat? In movies you see cars exploding but I think everyone knows they tend to bend the truth a little in movies to make things more interesting but is this actually possible? If so why would it explode? I would assume it has something to do with the oil, gasoline and/or heat. Can someone who knows cars go into specific detail about the parts of the cars that would actually make these things happen?
