Is any amnesty a reward to those breaking the law.? Giving amnesty to illegal aliens forgives their act of illegally entering the United States and in addition forgives related illegal activities such as driving illegally and working using false documents. An amnesty results in large numbers of foreigners who illegally entered the United States being given legal status as a reward for breaking the law. An amnesty benefits neither our society nor those being amnestied, but it does benefit employers who hire low-wage immigrant labor. An Immigration and Naturalization Service study found that after living in the United States for 10 years, the average amnestied illegal alien had only a seventh grade education and earned less than $9,000 a year. Amnestied illegal aliens have no sponsor to support them financially. Instead, by enacting an amnesty, Congress places a staggering financial burden on American taxpayers to support those amnestied.

Of course such a question is best applied to certain types of questions. But, for an example, when asked about vengeance, after hearing a tragic scenario, are your first thoughts much the same as what you later express? Or are you seething with fantasies of brutal punishment? I'm the seething kind. That's much of the reason I could never watch the Saw movies. I would spend hours thinking of ways to torture the villain, but would never advocate others do it. That's not healthy for me to obsess over, so I won't watch the films.

I'm struggling not to feel permanently "down" after a bad bust-up with someone who is the love of my life (I'm not young and have been round the block a few times so I know that she's the one for me). Just Curious where you are on the happiness scale.

Let's say 1 being aweful, looking for a high bridge.

And 10 being..I LOVE MY LIFE LIKE CRAZY!!!!!!

Note: If you are very happy in your life...would you share with everyone what you have learned?

Someone said in my last question that happiness isn't a destination it's the journey..I sooo agree with that!

In England the "Black Country" got its name because the entire area around Birmingham was black with soot. 100's of square miles covered in a black dust!!!

In terms of quantity of polluting gas during its last eruption Mount Etna in Sicily produced more greenhouse gas in one week then the entire human race did in the previous FIVE years !!!

Our planet has gone through identical changes to what we are experiencing right now many times over during the past 200 Million years. The data is there and we do have the technology to see it and examine it.

Mother Nature is much more powerful than us mere humans!!

I was driving south on a street and the cop was driving north on the same street. Is it possible to get an accurate speed of my car if we are both going forward? I though the cop car has to be parked to get the speed. He said i was going 46 in a 35, when I know i was going 38 at the most. (2)...most people, tend not to give location, location, location?

I dont believe that there is a god half the time because of all the **** i have to go through. I have so much **** that goes on all day long. I've been vomiting from 5am - 8am. Once it stopped I tried to drink some tea but I just took one sip and it came right back up, same with the banana and the glass of water, I was wondering if I should eat anything because I haven't had anything all day. On the other hand, if it comes back up it will only make me feel worse. Is there anything that can be easily digestable that I might be able to keep down?

Another thing, I'm not hungry but I'm not full either. And there is no way I am pregnant (I am only 13) and for the past few days I've had a cold which seems to have gone away, although this isn't much better.
