The "Longreach" designation is applied on all their 747-400s, which have a longer range than previous 747s. There's also one 747-400 that's actually named "Longreach" which is an airport/city in Queensland.

Longreach ( not Long reach) is a location in Australia.

Longreach was one of the founding centres for the Australian domestic and international airline, Qantas. One of the airline's original hangars remains in use at the Longreach Airport. The town is now the home of the Qantas Founders Outback Museum.
And is also one of QF 747's name.

Singapore Airlines used to apply the name "Big Top" and "Mega Top" to their 747's.

Braniff used to call their 747 "Big Orange".
