Be upfront about your feelings. Say...Hey can I speak to you for a second? When she allows this, you just let her know exactly how you feel about her. If she thinks your a loser for letting her know your feelings, then she isnt for you.

Just go and be yourself. What can go so horribly wrong? So if she does say no, that just gives you a chance to go and try for another. It would have been her loss. Try to get to know her a little bit by talking to her from time to time.

start talking and figure out if u really like her
and then decide if shes good enough for a relationship
then just go up to her and tell her how you feel
