Recently I purchased a triple-decker home which is occupied 2/3 by my family. The 3rd apt. is currently under a verbal rental agreement through the end of the month (the end of the last Landlord's ownership). Tenant refuses to meet with me, the new owner to discuss a written rental agreement and has also informed me of their refusal to pay December rent...after receiving a 60-day warning of the upcoming sale as well as a 60-day warning for the new monthly rental amount (still hundres below market value). Any leagal advice? She refuses to sign an agreement and will not confirm a definite vacate date, as well as refuses to pay Dec. rent due to an issue in the verbal agreement with the PREVIOUS landlord. There are no security deposits involved, nor are there fees being asked of the tenant. What is my right in MA? Shall I contact a lawyer to resolve this? Any tips on how to handle on my own? I must admit, at 55, and being a person who is always listed as "unaffiliated" rather than supporting a political party, that I always like to take a look at indiuvidual candidates at all levels and learn as much as practicable about them and their positions before casting any votes one way or the other. I have voted both Republican and Democrat in my lifetime.

But taking serious stock of the looney left that has taken control of the Democratic Party in the last few decades -- and seeing it only get WORSE! -- I am just going to vote a STRAIGHT Republican TICKET this time! I have never done such a thing before, but just am sick and tired of arrogant, hateful, distorting and insulting LIBERALS. Whatever it takes to reduce their numbers in this world I am henceforth willing to do. Enough is enough!

If ever the Democrats -- or anyone else -- put up decent and sensible people who aren't trying to make the U.S. weak and serving the UN, or acting haughty, I may support them. Not now!

I've always had problems with sleep tremmors. I have such horrible vivid dreams and I wake up in a terrible cold sweat, worn out, and out of breath. They got a lot worse for the few months after I gave birth to my daughter. They got a little better with time, but now I get them ever time I have my cycle. And the cold sweats are just so uncomfortable to go through. Is there any thing I can do to prevent this from happening?

In September, I met a guy at party. We had a great first date a couple of weeks ago. Towards the end of our date, he asked if we were going to get together again. I said maybe. I think he was confused by that comment because he called me when he got home that night to ask if we were going out again. I said, "Sure, why do you ask?" He said he wasn't sure because I said "maybe".

We do talk as often as possible. We had a second date planned for last week but I had to cancel it at the last minute. He understood but I think he was disappointed. We made plans for Thanksgiving weekend and he made a comment, "Wow, that's a really long time to wait to see you."

We like each other but I think that I might be too busy for anything to develop this year! lol....I don't want him to lose interest because I'm busy with school and work. Is there a certain pace at which the dating process is supposed to progress?

Over the past 3 or 4 days my chihuahua puppy has started throwing up, she wont eat, and she has had a little diarrhea. In this short amount of time she has become VERY thing...I can see her back bone!!! I called the VET last night and got a machine...no emergency # to call and no emergency vet in the yellow pages...so I cant take her in til Monday...
Does anyone know what would cause this out of the blue??? All she is doing is laying around...she usually plays and chews...she hasnt even done that at all...
I just bought her like 6 weeks ago...can someone please tell me what is the matter with her????? Gosh, tomorrow cant come fast enough to take her to the Vet!!!!!!!!!

Fake-Christians try to nullify laws eternally given by Jesus in Old Testament. Jesus broadened the Laws in the New Covenant--never nullified them. He was even stricter and said that our righteousness must surpass the Heathen Jews.He clearly said in John 10:35 that the Laws cannot be changed. But nowadays the Devil deceived a lots of Christians to think that they are above the Law and needn't impose them. But this is the sole reason of wide-spread sexual immorality
and rape in most traditionally Christian countries. We should first atleast try to impose the following
2 laws for the pevention of vice andpromotion of sexual virtue in our Country and Society after coming to power.

What happens to credit reports for people who return overseas ?

For three and a half decades Stateside, I made sure to keep my credit rating and record in the best possible shape, by paying all bills on time, and periodically checking the same credit report, even I hadn't used any credit to ward off fraud.

I then retired to my spouse's birth country in Asia due to low-cost and numerous family. To my surprise, a MAJOR Card Company with whom I had an account since mid-1970s, actually sent me a new card, even though I would not qualify for one because of the
relocation (I then send payment to Florida). I assume my credit score, and record continues.

Is my supposition correct ?

Anyone ?
