Is is possible to have low tolerance to alcohol because it seems that even if I only drink a little I get really drunk... And is it normal to experience a hangover the night after you drink instead of the day after?

Sure is, sometimes it depends on your size/weight but mostly it's just because you aren't used to drinking alcohol

I don't know about the hangover thing but I do know if I even have a sip of alcohol I feel a little dizzy, I have an extreme low tolerance to it. Sometimes if I have one drink, I get sick and have a headache the next day.
Try to stay away if it bothers you that much but if you do plan on drinking, have some fatty food before you go out-they say that helps and take some advil.

I'm a guy, 5'11", athletic, 195 lbs, 34 inch waist, and my body cannot handle alcahol. I get very sick when I drink more than a can of beer. So I don't enjoy drinking. I guess I could train my body to drink more and more, but what's the point? I've never experienced a hangover.

It may be a sign of allergies or worse... you could become alcoholic very, very easily. Do not drink!!!.
