Mixed Fruits 4 cups.
(Apple,orange,grapes,
Melons,Mango,berries,
Bananas,pears Etc)
Walnuts Chopped 1/4 Cup.
Cashews Chopped 1/4 Cup.
Honey 2 Tbsp.
Orange Juice 1 Cup.
Mango Juice 1/2 Cup.
Sugar 1/2 Cup.
Method :
Wash,Seed & Dice all the Fruits.
Mix Everything, Chill & Enjoy !.

Ingredients
2 Cups strawberries
2 Cups peach slices in light syrup -- sliced
11 Ounces mandarin oranges in light syrup
1/4 Cup orange juice
1/4 Cup sugar
Method
Combine orange juice and sugar. Stir well. Wash
and drain strawberries. Slice. Add to juice mixture.
Add drained peaches and oranges. Stir gently but well.

Spicy Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
1 large orange, peeled and sectioned
1 medium pear, cubed
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup red or purple grapes
1/2 cup diced prunes
1/3 cup walnuts, toasted
1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cardamon or nutmeg
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine orange, pear, banana, grapes, prunes, and walnuts. Just before serving add dressing to fruit and toss well.

I had fruit salad tonight! I put in:
1 green apple
2 oranges
1 cup rockmelon
1 cup honeydew melon
1 kiwi fruit
1/4 pineapple
Everything cubed and then covered with a small tin of passionfruit pulp and mix all together.
We ate it with cheesecake flavoured yoghurt. YUM

This one requires:
Golden Delicious Apples 10-15 depending on serving size.
Tidbit Pineapple caned with juice.
Raisins.
Pecans crumbled.
1 lg. Sour Cream (Daisy)
1 lg. can sweet condensed milk La Lechera Nestle* ( find on Hispanic foods isle)
In large bowl:
Peel apples and seed, cut into squares.
Through in Raisins (no need to measure)
Pineapples w/juice
Pecans
Whole container of Sour Cream & Le Lechera.
Stir well and serve.
It's a little different but everyone loves it!

Just cut up all the fruit into bite-sized pieces and mix together! Bananas get brown very quickly, so it's best to add them just before serving. Apples get brown too but not as quickly so they're usually ok as long as they're covered in the juice. If you need to add extra juice, I like to add something like mango or apricot that's a little thicker (has fruit puree in it). I think your salad will be very pretty with all those fruits in there!

1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, fold together the condensed milk and whipped topping.
Add the pie filling, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans. Mix well and refrigerate until chilled.

DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, combine the whipped topping, coconut, chopped nuts, fruit cocktail, pineapple, mandarin oranges, marshmallows, cherries, nutmeg and cinnamon. Mix together well and refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes.

- 2tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Small Apple, cored and cubed
- 1 Medium Pear, cored and cubed
- 1 Can/220g Grapefruit Segments, in Grapefruit Juice
- 1 Can/298g Mandarin Orange Segments, in Natural Juice
Method
- Pour the lemon juice into a bowl, add the apple and pear and swirl to coat.
- Add grapefruit and mandarin segments (including all juice), gently stir to mix.
- Pop in the fridge until ready to serve
This one has lovely ingredients and tastes great chilled.
