U can find out what he likes to do and then if u guys have something in common do that. Example: Say he likes the movies & u like the movies. Well when u guys are talking about a movie then say well how about we go see that movie together. if he says yes, then make sure u look him into the eyes when talking to him. Touch his arm. Just little things like that
