I watched a movie when I was a kid in the seventies, on the old tv program "Chiller theater" (Where the intro is that creepy six fingered hand going down into the swamp) I seem to recall it as a black and white movie...There is a mad doctor/scientist who puts women in some machine and shrinks them down to barbie doll size. They come out of the machine pinned up on a clotheline type thing. Any ideas??

i've been dating this girl and i love her. she was never a good lier. and today she told me she cheated on me for 2 weeks of our relationship.she said she ended it after the two weeks. i could tell in her eyes that she was really sry and she said she wanted us to still go out. she could have got away with it but she told me....she asked if we still are going to go out i told her that i needed to think for a day or two....

By coincidence my work location has scheduled a blood drive for Monday and will be giving flu and tetanus shots on Thursday of the same week.

I donate both whole blood as well as platelets a few times a year. Being in a job where I both travel and have contact with many people, the flu shot is a good precaution for me, and it has been more than 10 years since I last had a tetanus shot.

I have heard there is a small chance of developing flu-like symptoms after getting a flu shot and was wondering if this might be more likely to occur, or if the symptoms could be worse, or if there are any other risks associated with being innoculated for both flu and tetanus while the body is in the process of replenishing the red blood cells lost when the pint of blood was donated.

Given the fact that the United States seems to have turned it's back on reason, and a sense of human decency along with it, I am wondering what it might take to bring some sense there way. What would be the impact I wonder if the world held a national day for burning the American flag where-ever it flies - would that finally get the message across of how we all feel about their recent behaviour??
