How can I find a silent business partner?

I am trying to start a business in the Birmingham, AL area. It is an automotive repair franchise.

well ya gotta know someone who has money they want to give you to invest in the business, and doesnt want to work it. then you cut him in on the profits of the business.

Advertise (net, financial papers etc.) with with back of the envelope requirement of funds, expected turnover and net profit, partner's share in it, and most of all security for his investment.
