Massiv in Mensch are pretty good; I got their "Klang Der Unsterblichkeit" EP to review and it was pretty fun.
Steril, also, aren't bad. Check out their album "Realism."
I guess this stuff is a little more industrial, huh? Sorry. I don't know too much about techno and it's kind of a broad genre.

theres plenty of different sites but you just have to reasearch them.....I'll do you a favor though, Give you some hot artists.
Groove Coverage, 4 strings, eastclubbers, Dj epic, Dj sona, Warp brothers, cascada, angel city, lasgo...the list goes on
