Sometime ago in the news there was a guy who had found a way around the automatic telephone systems. I recall that this fellow had reported on techniques to speed the caller through the lengthy button pressing procedures and also get through all of the advertising crap that you have to put up with that is foisted on you when all you really want is to talk to someone quickly.

Also, he had an extensive list of the direct telephone numbers which would not normally be available for those organisations who have seen fit to make all of their customers have to phone infuriating call centres, this being the only interface that they offer.

Does anyone else recall this and do you know where I can find the information?

I have been going to the va for years. The doctors there all seem not to care about what causes your pain. they just want to get you in and get credit for having you there. Where can a vet turn when the care they get is not the care they need. I am sick and no one is listening to my complaint's. each day gets worse and i can not get help. where can i turn, does anyone know.

I've had this dream before, but now I'm starting to have it everyday. It's always the SAME teeth too. My back molar to the left, my front right incisor, one of my bottom teeth. It's always 3. They always crumble when I loose them and I loose them just by wiggling them. Last night was different though because I actually had one tooth growing in place of another one, but not for any of the others. My boyfriend has made appearances in my dreams, so has my grandparents, my sister..and Tyra Banks? It's freaking me out and I sometimes even have a dream within a dream that I wake up and my teeth are still missing. This has led to my chronic brushing of teeth. So what do these funny dreams mean?

I have a mac with 2 users set up. The other user can access my files (users>name>etc..) but I cannot access theirs. It just shows a restricted sign. How can I access their files and also can I block the other user from accessing mine.

I just saw some Muslim kid say

How is flying planes into buildings filled with innocent people considered "self defense"? Were the WTC towers a secret military base that was made to attack Islam?

First child, 14 years ago left alot of excess skin on my abdomen... I was 5' 4", 110lbs before i got pregnant and my child was 9lbs 9oz. I was back to pre pregnancy weight in about 4 months, but the skin never returned to normal. Now after my third child I am in better physical shape than ever, defined muscle everywhere but my tummy and I would like to not have to worry about raising my arms over my head and having the baggy skin stick out. Is there anything else that I can do to at least improve the appearance of my tummy? I am 31 years old and not about to give up and wear baggy sweaters.

We always made it from a flour roux, the fat being bacon drippings, many times. After the roux is good and set, we put in a lot of milk. It thickens, and we (we being Southerners with a standard set table) loved that gravy on and beside nearly everything.

Do any Northerners do this?
