You're using "su" instead of "ella". Su means his/hers, ella means her.

1. Era una actriz.
2. Cuando se murió, tuve 36 años.
3. Su muerte fue misterioso.
4. Su nombre verdadero fue Norma Jean.
5. Se compuso la canción "A Candle in the Wind" sobre ella.
6. Salía con John F. Kennedy.
7. Actuó en la pelicula "Some Like it Hot."
8. Fue famosa en los años cincuenta.
9. Nací en la ciudad de Los Angeles.

Explanations:
1. Check your use of "ser" and "estar", and you don't need to capitalize Actriz.
2. "to die" is morirse, so "when she died" would be "cuando se murió" (preterite, because it happened one time). At that exact moment she was 36 years old, so that also is a preterite (tuve 36 años).
3. Death is "muerte", not "muerta". You could leave the "es", but I prefer "fue" - it WAS mysterious...it sounds better to me for some reason. Misterioso, not mysterioso. Technically this is not an exact translation of your english sentence, since you said "really a mystery" and not "mysterious", but I think it sounds good.
4. A NAME is un nombre...not a llama (which is a flame). Her true/real name was Norma Jean. Check your usage of ser/estar. A name is forever (more or less), so you use ser, not estar.
5. This is a tricky one to translate because in spanish the passive voice (was written about) is not used as much. Another way to translate this sentence would be to say that Bernie Taupin and Elton John wrote the song "Candle in the Wind" about her - Bernie Taupin y Elton John compusieron la canción "Candle in the Wind" sobre ella. I would not translate titles of songs/movies that are in english.
6. Salía con- she was going out with. You don't need the personal "a" here because you already have a preposition (con).
7. I changed your sentence slightly to be "She acted in the movie" because I'm not sure if "to be in a movie" would translate exactly. Check your use of preterite/imperfect tenses. I didn't translate the title because it seems inappropriate to do it. She wasn't in a movie called "A algunos les gusta el calor", she was in a movie called "Some Like it Hot." Period.
8. To be famous would be "ser famoso/a". When you talk about a decade, you say "los años _____ (veinte, cincuenta, noventa, whatever).
9. Nacer = to be born. I added the phrase "la ciudad" (the city) to make it clearer since "los angeles" could be mistaken for "the angels" otherwise!

Hope this helps. I would suggest you review your use of preterite/imperfect verbs, the difference between ser and estar, and the uses of pronouns - se, su, el, ella, etc.

Good luck!

You are getting so many different responses because spanish is spoken differently in different places. For instance, American-Mexican-Puerto Rican-Spainard-Cuban-and South American's all speak every distinct dialects and from there it breaks down even more according to geographic region.
