don't know specifically about l6; but normally it is done by going to settings and going to Date and Time. might be the same case with L6.

You should just be able to turn the phone off and back on and the time will automatically change. Otherwise:

Syncronize Time and Date with the Network

Press Menu.
Scroll to and select Settings.
Scroll to and select Initial setup.
Select Time and Date.
Select Auto Update.
Select On.
NOTE: Select Off to disengage automatic updates.

Manually Set Time and Date:

Turn automatic updates off.
Select and edit the Time or Date.

Do as follows: First press the button with the - on it. >>> then go to settings>>> Initial setup >>>>then time or date.

shouldnt it change itself? if not go to setting or tools and look for dst. are you on central time? does it say 10:17? it should
