I was raised LDS all my life.up until 22,I started asking questions,Long story short I found what I believed as a mormon was totally false,and had to accept I lied to alot of people.I was shown the light of reality by the overwhelming evidence against the church.I am just glad my logical mind kicked in.Here is my question.How does one continue their lives without feeling betrayed?How does one deal with delusional mormons who want to judge you by what they believe is true?

I wrestled in high school for 2 years. Never made varsity due to state champs in my weight class. I was still pretty good and won a lot of matches when I was the underdog. Well..I'm 26 now, a little out of shape for wrestling, but my desire to wrestle is still very much strong. My question is if there is any kind of wrestling and competitions for people in my position. I'd get back in mental and physical shape of course but it seems like after high school, they don't have anything like that in my age bracket. I lost all my medals, letter jacket, pictures, etc. in a fire so I have nothing to show my achievements and I want that back so bad. Can anybody help?? If there is no wrestling for me, what is the closest martial arts to wrestling and please tell me a bit about it? Thankyou.

I have a Pentium II and running Windows XP, with only 256 MB RAM. I know it's an old processor but it's so slow and keeps freezing up. I run a complete scan with a specialized program I downloaded off the internet which helps a lot, but I have the need for speed. Please help!

I mean have you ever seen a midget and said "hey maybe he has a good heart and personality" ... or a 100% burn victim and said "well maybe he has a good character"?

We constantly judge by what is on the outside that is why within the first five minutes you know if you want to be with them or not.... First is what they look like and then who they are...

Granted if a chick looks hot, but is 100% ditsy after you talk with them then yes you will be turned off. However, if they look like crap and are the type of person you have always wanted to be with(personality wise) you won't know because you would not give them the time of day!

I am an 21, married, and a mother. I am in the middle of yet another serious fight with my mother. When I was a teen, I misbehaved a lot and my mom still cannot forgive me. She has even said that everytime she looks at me she's reminded of the bad times. She has decided that she no longer wants any contact with me or my family because she can't get rid of her anger. These are the things I've done as a child and teen:
1) At 7, I stole something from school and lied about it.
2) At 13, I used to sneak out while baby-sitting my little brother so I can hang out with friends down the street.
3) At 14, I snuck out to see my friends and got drunk for the first time.
4) At 15, I got drunk for the second time. They called the police on me.
5) At 15, my parents and I got into a fight and they kicked me out, which I didn't return for a month.
6) At 16, I skipped school to see my boyfriend.
7) I told my parents I hated them and I'd rather live in a foster home than with them.

Our 18 year old son has been super spoiled most of his life. He has always gotten pretty much whatever he wants. It's starting to backfire on us a bit. Now he even gets $419/month from my Soc Security disability payment while still in high school. He wants to save ALL that money so he can move out asap, by next spring or summer. He does help us out a lot to fix up rental properties that we have....on his own, he offers his help. We pay his $560/month car note, insurance, $370 for private school, he has our gas card, we pay his mobile phone of $50, buy his clothes, etc etc. He is a pretty decent kid, makes great grades, etc.

I would like to know if other parents make their 18 year olds pay for part of their own expenses, especially when they say they are saving to move out !! To me, he should be required to at least pay us a small monthly amount. He works every weekend on our rental property. PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE!!! THANKS!!!!!

Yeah his name is Dr. Lector. His fangs are always like that and always have been. Everytime I look at him he sticks his tongue out as well. He is a very unusual cat. Give him a good vote. My son says he has a face only a mother could love, he is so very sweet that he makes up for it.
