why do i get a big aire hole in the centre of my panettone cake when i bake it 2k weight 1 1/2 hour approx ba

Are you opening the oven door during baking?If you do and bang it shut this can cause it,shut it carefully!If you mean inside the cake make sure you put the mix in the cake tin without leaving any air space in it.
