Not all guys are like that, sweetie, and almost no guys are that way *all the time*. But it's a fact that guys talk less about their emotions than women do. Just part of the package. If we weren't like that we'd be you.

Listen, probably the best advice you can get up here is this....dont listen to half of the ladies responses to this question. The male bashing days have definetely gotten OLD! To be honest with you, it's the type of guy you are with, not every guy/man/boy will be the same. Yes, I'm sure he feels threatened though; and that's probably the reason why he decided to open up to you. But there isnt much more anyone can say about that. Goodness it's sad just reading most of the ladies responses on this thing.

Guys like to avoid conflict. It makes them uncomfortable and they don't know what to say sometimes. I've found that men a lot of times go along with things you want them to do so they don't hurt your feelings or look weak or something like that. You never know what they are thinking.

guys just dont like to talk about problems like us women. so from now on dont talk with him until he comes to you and ask you what is wrong. which is a selfish way on his part but we women know that guys are complicated and it will only wear us out if we try and get some sense into their heads.

We like girls to be easy going...not too complicated or emotionally needy. (This goes for everyone...not just a girlfriend)
But ...there is a time and a place for everything...like talking...and relationships are 50/50. Most of us guys need to grow up a little bit...and learn what a women needs to be happy. :)

I do that to my g/f all the time to. Most of the time I don't want to talk is because I truelly am thinking about the discussion. Or I'm mad and need time to cool off. It doesn't necessarily mean we DON'T want to talk to you. All men have a hard time saying what's on their minds.

Always know sometimes think it's me, but you know I know when it's a dream.
I think a "No" will mean a "Yes," but it's all wrong.
That is I think I disagree.
