okay, so i know i'm not pregnant, i dont have sex. but, i was supposed to start my period on the 20th and still havent. i get some craps, but nothing like i would usually get and they only last for like 3 seconds then they go away. and my stomach has been feeling really weird and i'm super bloated. what could be causing this??

One of my dearest friends is very concerned about looking good at my wedding now that she's my bridesmaid. She's expressed concern about her body type & finding the right dress. She says shes very thick waisted and anything drawing attention to that area is not flattering to her. I've chosen black & white as the dress colors but have no CLUE what type of dress fits that body shape. She was thinking a basic strapless tea length with a sheer (chiffon) halter overlay on the dress. She says she looks best in a halter style or "V" neckline. I want to send her ideas but I don't want to frustrate her either. Can someone give me some advice on a dress that will flatter her and make her feel beautiful? Does anybody who else has Fibromyalgia have any tips...
I have just had my hair cut from waist lenght to the lengh of my bra strap around my back, as I suffer from really bad back when ever I wash my hair leaning over the bath. My partner also has Fibromyalgia and just washing my hair takes over 20 minutes. We use a shower attached to the taps.
My arms also hurt and so does my legs & knees. I have to stop half way through and rest and when we are finished I have to stay where I am as I am unable to get up to walk.
Any idea how I can reduce the pain for the both of us, as my partner also has osteoarthitis in his hands and lower back.

I had stacks of medical records with verified wrong doing and negilence. I had pictures of what had taken place. The attorneys were positivally going to go after the doctors who did this. They wanted to gather the evedence and build their case while the patient was healing to a point as to the best that they ever would and then they would file the case. The patient died shortly before the case was filed. I contacted the attorney to anounce the death and he told me that it was over. I ask him what he ment that it was over, this person lost thier life because of the doctors negilence and you tell me that it is over. He said that it was an economic issue now and that there wasn't any money to go after now and that he had million dollar cases on his desk to work on. He declined the case.
I presented the medical records to three other malpractice attorneys who jumped on it only to later decline it as an economic issue. the patients long term care & pain & suffering was gone

I have found out that I have a child that I didnt know of. I am very financially strained. Within 2 months of the test my paychecks are allready being garnished for child suport. I know I need an attorney but cant afford one now deffinitly. I would like to get partial custody of this child but have no clue where to start, any ideas?

I am perplexed by some answers I'm reading to questions in the Immigration forum. Why is it that some of you believe only a LEGAL immigrant could ever become a great citizen?

For those of you who don't know my story:

My husband came here LEGALLY to work on a farm cutting vegetables for $3/hr. He spoke no English. He had no high school education. He taught himself enough English to get a better paying job. Doing so made him inelligible to renew his visa because of his choice to leave the work program with which he came here. He became "illegal." Long story short he is now fully bilingual, he owns his own business, has a 6-figure income, we live in one of the nicest historic homes in our town and are well-respected members of our community & he is a citizen - all in 10 years time. I would like to add that he has ALWAYS paid taxes with a REAL SSN given to him by our gov't when he first came here.
