they do like eachother...they cuddle and everything...it's cute lol...and i know the responsibilites involved in caring for these animals. i am the perfect animal parent. i have these 2 cats and 1 dog and love them right to death. but i know that black labs are rare even if you breed a black one with a yellow one, a black one with a brown one or a black one with a black one. the black gene is weak so i guess i wondered if the same rule would apply to different cats of the same color.

to the person who made the SPCA comment...all of my animals were wanted animals...in fact, my male cat is a stray that we took in about a year ago. i would take in more if i could but i'm not the animal shelter.

Hi there...chances are 50/50 since orange tabbies have no purebred genetics therefore you could get any colourations black, white, orange, calico, silver, gray rather only all oranges.

Go ahead - but remember, you are responsible for the quality of life of the kittens and your two present cats. Don't let them breed just to "see what will happen."

well there is a possibility that u will get the desired color. in theory u should be able to bread 2 cats. i mean 1+1=2 right.........o and it would help if they liked each other.

I think that your cats should be spayed and neutered rather than bred. SPCAs kill hundreds of unwanted cats and kittens every day.... don't make things worse.

Just wait they'll eventually breed with each other. But it takes awhile, and then BOOM it will happen trust me!
