Ideas for a girl's quiet book???
I am making a quiet book for my niece for Christmas and am trying to come up with a few more ideas. I want this to be pretty and girly. She will be 8 months when Christmas rolls around, so I don't want anything too much for her. Any suggestions would be great.

A quiet book is a fabric book with different cloth pages. Each page has something different to button, zip, snap, velcro and felt items, etc. An example of a page in a quiet book would be an ocean page with different fish to velcro to the page so the baby can pull it off and put it back on in a different spot.

We have a 2 yr old rottie who sheds constantly - summer, winter, christmas, easter - you name it he sheds. We hoover every day if not more. We groom him regularly and use cod liver oil and vegetable oil alternately with his food. I'm sick of hoovering!!!!

I am taking a night class in welding and am trying to get W.A.B.O certified (Washington State) in vertically up using 7018 stick. One instructor says you can oscillate stightly the other says you can't you have to use string welds who is right? And are there any other pointers also? Thanks in advance

We have been victimes of fraud and identity theft with them. We gave them a large deposit on the condition of a loan and nothing was resolved. Has anyone else been in this situation and if so have you done anything further?

It seems to me that "staying the course" isn't working, but I think a sudden withdrawal would have tragic consequences as well. What scares me is that there may not be a workable solution. We may just have to get out of the way and let the iraqis have their civil war. What do you think?

(-2,8);m=5

y-8=5(x-(-2)

y-8=5x+10

so then i subtracted 8 from both sides and the 8 take away 8 gets canceled out leaveing you with 10 take away 8 so y=5x+2!

now its this problem is giving me problems
i followed the same steps! see?!

(1,-1);m=2

(y-(-1)=2(x-1)

y+1=2x+2
as i did the first one i subracted 1 from both sides and 1 take away one gets canceled out leaveing me with y=2x+1! since its 2 different signs i subtract see, positive 2 takeaway negative 1 is positive 1! so how is it y=2x-3?!



the first one i did is to show you i did it correct and i followed the same percedures as the 1st one.

I have been invited to church for a memorial service by my brother for my mum Being pagan I don't go to church (only for hatch match and dispach) Ive been told go out of respect for my mother but do not wish to join in on the service.. My religious brother has said If I don't join in with the service then I'm being disrespectful . I asked him whether he would come to one of my meetings or join me in a circle casting his reply was never in a million years he didn't want to go to hell. How many of you find this hipocritical.

Help! My teenager is going through the typical issues of being rude, disrespectful, etc. but what I notice the most in between her drama is her jealousy of her stepbrother who is seven and her stepfather whom she has been around since she was two. When we are together he shows interest, and he will call me out of the blue (but obciously that can be for a booty call, no I have not slept with him) but the problem is, he wont call me for months at a time, its like he just randomly gets up the courage to call, and than loses five freakin seconds later..... He is much older than me, I am 19, almost 20.... and he is well... lets just say, old enought o have kids of his own (which he doesnt) is he not interested or is he scared about the age dif?
