We have been victimes of fraud and identity theft with them. We gave them a large deposit on the condition of a loan and nothing was resolved. Has anyone else been in this situation and if so have you done anything further?

If you needed a loan - means you needed money....so why you forked out money that you really need it. In the future be carefull with con artist that will E-mail you or call you that you wined a big prise in something you got involved or you did not involved...but you get your winning they need all your personal information including bank A/c numbers...or they will ask you to to mail them a check to proove that you are interested so the transaction will be complete, or they will mail you a bogus -check ...and they ask you as soon as possible to wire them funds...so they can pay the taxes for you. Are so many ways to get tricket.

No I haven't. Is it really possible not to know these types of schemes when you see them. I haven't watched the news in years and I can't get away from all the fraud warnings out there.

Thanks for spreading the word on this dirt-bag company. Shame on them.

But then, did you check them out before giving them your money? If not, then shame on you.

Contact a reputable attorney.
