being a former athlete I am quite embareassed to even have to ask... but here I am asking. For years I have been unable to work out due to injury and laziness... (let's be honest) and finally I have decided to do something about it. My choices of excersize were limited due to Plantars fasciatis... my Dr. told me Spin class... so I did it. I went for the first time yesterday for an hour class and today well... the pain is primarily the Quads very little pain in the calves... just like massive strains on the muscles... do I go ahed and spin or cycle lightly today or break today and hit again Sunday... so the question is how do I ease the pain whether it is stretching or medicine and do I hit the gym again today or wait til Mon.

My daughter has special needs and requires several different medications. She is on medicaid and another insurance, which until last year, I didn't know would pick up the copayments. So for a whole year (from the time she turned 18 until she turned 19) I was paying the copayments for her (now her other insurance is paying the copayments). The pharmacy knew my daughter was on this other insurance and never mentioned that it would pick up the copayments. When I did find out from a doctor friend of mine, I tried to get reimbursement for the copayments through the other insurance, but they say I have to do this through the pharmacy. The pharmacy says it's been too long now for us to be reimbursed and I am wondering what my daughter's rights are, since we were only made aware less than a year ago. We payed out several hundred dollars in copayments over that one year.

I want to specialize in a trade such as bricklaying but would like to know first if there are schools where they actually teach you. I know one can learn something by directly working on the field but that could take a few years as a laborer first.

Half my kids are ESE students and many can't go past 40% so I boost them to a D to keep them hopeful for a C. Now we are being forced to give them C's.

One of those students just crumbles up his work or draws pictures during class. He should be in 6th grade and he is in 4th.
There is someone at my husband's employment that earns $55-60k and barely is able to read or write. He can't even alphabetize!! The company is embarrassed by his inability to communicate. He is a perfect example of the educational system passing them along to keep there grades and funding up.

Should I do it although I think it is morally wrong?

True Transgendered people sometimes have a difficult problem determining if because the were previously married but now are of the same sex, Should they continue sleeping together in the same beroom, or should the now have seperate beds or bedrooms? I have read some books on the subject by noted authors and most say that the couple should now be seperate in their sleeping arraingements. perhaps still in the same room but in twin beds....

I know I again will not be watching the world series because I live in NY and BOTH of my teams are out! Alot of my friends say they will not watch and i know people in boston will not be watching and other major cities. I was listening to sports radio and they announced that last years world series was low rated, what do you think?

My mom gave me a necklace and it has two crosses on it and different cross on each side, making a total of 4 crosses, all with circles in the middle of the cross each containing a different picture. My mom got it from her grandma, who's catholic. I wasn't raised in the church so, I apologize if I get anything wrong.The first cross has the Virgin Mary on it and around her it says "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have [illegible] recourse to thee." On the back of that cross, it says "on our way" and in the circle in the middle, there's a M with a cross on top of it. The next cross has a man holding a baby (Jesus?) and on one arm of the cross, theres an M, on the other two there's a symbol that looks like an S with the top cut off. The bottom arm says "Be With Us". The last cross has what looks like some sort of flower in the middle and a possible plant that looks like a trident on each arm of the cross.
Thank you so much! I'm really curious to find out what they mean.
