8. Using stolen or fraudulent documents to vote is a Crime!
9. Using stolen or fraudulent documents to obtain a job is a Crime.

11. Starting a business with stolen or fraudulent documentation is Crime!
12. Being an absconder is a Crime.
13. Putting your child in danger of the scorching heat of the desert without water or in the back of a semi-truck or in the trunk of a car, is called child endangerment and is a crime!
14. Illegal aliens don’t pay CHILD SUPPORT! Being a Dead Beat Dad is a Crime! If they aren't then why are Americans strapped with Welfare, WIC, Public Housing, Education, Medicaid for their children???

I truly believe that there are illegal aliens that come here to better their lives and live a peaceful life, but if they are here illegally then they are still called criminals. But just because they want a better life doesn't make it right. Its not fair to the ones who went by the book and had to wait years to become legal. Its not fair to the American citizens who contracted some disease from a illegal immigrant who brought over a deadly disease because they couldn't afford to go to the doctor, if they would of done it the right way and was tested for diseases so many Americans could of been spared a lot of trouble or sickness. They didn't think about the people who they spread it too. What about the little child from Hamilton Ohio and was taken off her bike kidnapped and raped by an illegal immigrant. What about the thousands of people who had their ssn stolen from them and will have to pay for that for the rest of their lives. What about the hospitals that had to close down due to illegals not being able or just wont pay their hospital bills..What about the small american business's that cant afford to stay in business because the illegals will work for cheat labor.
The united states prisons are so full with illegals there aren't enough room for the legal criminals. We have enough american citizens that commite crimes we dont need another country moving all of their citizens in to our country and commiting crimes and filling our prisons up..Once a illegal crosses into america with out permission from our government they become illegal plan and simple..IF YOU DONT HAVE PERMISSION TO BE HERE THEN YOU ARE ILLEGAL AND NEED TO GO TO JAIL OR BE DEPORTED..You are a criminal..that is a criminal offense...

Their slogans are pretty much jokes all the way around. "No human is illegal." So what is a criminal? "We are American." So why do you wave Mexican flags? "We are not criminals" now? That's even more laughable than the way they label anti-illegals (racists).
Wilf, you've hit yourself in the face with your argument. Yes fraud is a crime. It includes just about everything listed above. Every illegal has some charge of fraud. Also, some whites do. Especially the ones that hire the filth. Poverty is no crime, and the US is no criminal. I'd like to see your source about the debt, but also ponder this: the US is the biggest contributor to the International Monetary Fund, which helps third world countries pay off their debts. My source is the almanac. Do you know what that is? Doubtful, as you don't even know how to use a dictionary apparently. A racist has biased opinions against another ethnicities. There is no bias here, only the presentation of facts. And he doesn't present his race as dominant either. He doesn't, in fact, tell us what race he is.

Illegal aliens are criminals in every sense of the word. If our government would spend less money trying to get to the moon and fight this losing battle in Iraq that we have no business fighting, we could have used those resources to give them more than they deserve to begin with, a couple bologna sandwiches and a bus ride back home, across a border that actually keeps them out instead of inviting them in.

Coming into a country without Permission is against the law which would make the person who does it a Criminal!!
Also staying past the time your visa allows....also against the law.
Both are criminal acts, if someone trespasses on your land, do you have the right to call the police and have them arrested??
That's what illegals are doing TRESPASSING....criminal act!!
There is no discriminating going on, just people trying to cloud the issue with their outlandish claims.

They can say whatever they want but the TRUTH of the matter is they ARE acting criminally (Us law NOT Mexican ...maybe that's why they deny being criminals. Mex. Prs. Fox encouraged me to come here to the US and lie, cheat and steal.) here and are in DENIAL!
Once any person commits a criminal act, it is only a matter of time before they commit more criminal act. You give an inch and the other guy will take a mile. That is what has been happening in this country relative to many, MANY things associated with our government.
40-50% of our prisons are filled with illegal immigrants/aliens who are there for rape, robbery, murder and more.

No, they are not criminals for wanting to find work to feed their families. You forgot to mention that they pay taxes and into SS and will never see a dime come back.

I believe when they do come their only crime is limited to sneaking across the border. Once they are here they engage in document fraud,food stamps fraud and marriage fraud. There is more to it than they sneak across the border one crime leads to other crimes.And this is doing wrong. I hope they will do something and do it fast

If they enter this country by illegal means,they are illegal.
Its also a crime to assist or abet an illegal alien.Its a federal felony.
