I work in a removal and haulage company. I work for minimum wage and the work is very physically demanding and has very long hours.
Yesterday I worked 09:00 to 04:00 (19 hours) and today 09:00 to 16:00. I have done around 60 hours work this week.
The work is mostly carrying heavy boxes and furnature about and loading/ unloading lorries.
Despite working like a dog I still don't earn enough to pay the bills let alone go out for fun, so I am applying for a sunday job so I can save some cash up to buy some new clothes and christmas presents for my family.

I am a housing support officer, which basically means I work in a homeless hostel and help them to get homes, training/employment etc and give them support while they live here, I like my job, theres loads more to it than just all that but you get the jist, everyday is different but sometimes can be quite testing or frightening. Im at work at the mo, but its quiet so im on here lol.
