Apparently the main reason women get mad at us men is because we don't listen. My question now is, why do women feel they have to talk all day about absolutely nothing? Then why do you expect us to remember every last word you say. I can't remember all that crap. I'm not a computer. And don't say "well we remember everything you say, why can't you." It's easy for you to remember everything when we say 1 word for every 100 words you say!!!!!!

My boyfriend just bought a new car, and says it's too quiet, and he wants to put an exhaust system on it. He's all about POWER and knowing that his car is faster than another guys car, when the other guys car is pretty fast. What's the big deal with the noise and the power? Is it a guy thing? I just...don't understand and it gets really annoying! (I keep that to myself though)

I drive it for about 15-30 mins and works fine but after that it starts stalling when I stop or go really slow. It has about 147,000 miles. It is a 1987 Chevy Celebrity with a V6. Any help would be much aprecaited.

its a long story, ill make it short. my best friend lets call her 'lexi', she is an only child. when she was young,about five, she moved to america from argentina. i have known her for almost 3 years now.she is very very responsible. the problem,
her parents expect way way too much of her, they think that as a freshman at our highschool a 99 on a report card is bad. lexi is one of the best students in school i know, she has always gotten a's and this year has been alot harder.and she has started to make b's, which is unacceptable for her parents. she does all her hw, studies for hours, and does almost 5 hours of dance almost every day including teaching it. her parents say she is dumb, dresses like a slut, is irrisponsible, terrible in school, and all these hurtful things. all of those things even my parents and her teachers dont agree on. now they want to take away her dance, which is her life and future career and her cell phone, ect. shes grounded...and other stuff.
what can i do?

At the end of the last book, when Dumbledore is in horrible pain, he says "please" to Snape. I wonder if he is asking Snape to kill him, because the horror and pain are too much. Perhaps Snape is still on Harry's side, even though he appears to be a traitor. What do you think?

Hi, I'm an Indian and today is Diwali--the Indian equilavent to Christmas or New Year's. Today, we made a lot of sweets, a lot of food in general, and I noticed that in order to make them, you have to fry them. I was wondering if anyone knows how to make these same foods (such as puris or namkeen matra) without frying them? Is that possible? I mean, in India, that's just the lifestyle and that's how everyone eats; not very many people care that it's fried and therefore not too healthy. And yet, most people are seriously thin! Can anyone explain this?

I'm thinking of doing an essay on this book that i have only read half of. I'l be comparing it to "Catcher in the rye". Should I even bother reading this book because I don't want to have to waist time.
