One of my roommate's friends was visiting our dorm room tonight and he started wrestling with me. I didn't start it, but I pinned him down while my roommate put makeup on him and painted his fingers and toe nails. We even put hot rollers in his hair. We tied him up with an old pair of hose so he wouldn't run away. We need to let him go, but before we do should we help him get everything off, make him go with everything on, add more, or let him go only if he agrees to let us pick his Halloween costume?

I absolutely hate cockroaches. I don't know if there's a phobia for fear of cockroaches or bugs, but whatever it is I dislike them tremendously. I just want to know what my fellow apartment living people do to keep cockroaches away. Anything would help and would be much appreciated.

If yes, give an example and if not, explain why not.

Now, given that this is a question as a HW assignment, I would say no because for one object to move one way, it is done by friction on the opposite direction.

HOwever, my friend argues that the direction of friction would be the same as the surface that the object was on. Thus, the table and friction are in the same direction.

I argued that friction force of one object cant be applied to another object....

Can anyone resolve this issue?

I don't really, unless it's obvious. Sometimes it isn't. I just find that some people think minorties think all white people discriminate against them. Well, how did it become this way? When you're taking a shortcut across town, your luxurious car broke down in the middle of nowhere and all you know is that you're in a bad neighborhood now (a ghetto with notorious gang activities). You know you maybe in great danger. Unfortuniately, you are alone, late at night 10:15pm. Worse yet, you are not a triple A club member (cause you didn't think you will need their service for your nearly brand new car.)
There will be another 50 min drive to go home.

Just when you're about to pick up your cell phone and call police for help. All of a sudden, there is one weird looking guy stopped his old truck, offering you a favor to drive you to the nearby garage for some emergency towing services....

ok , I met my gf durng the summer , she lives right accross the street about every day afterschool we comeout and do something ( im in the 8th she is in 7th no she didnt flunk) Summer was awsome we proggressed and got more intimate , but when school came in we have ben in the same place since then .. She doesnt lean next to me anymore ,doesnt do many things she used to ,now she kind of ignores a little..
Also I have a little borher (10 yr old) he 's a stupid bastard brat.. He doesnt care what me and my gf think, he basicly controls us a little I think hes part of the problem , cuz when me and her talk a lot and ignore the little brat he gets mad and demands things

I'm going to college next year and I am hoping that college will be a great time to explore who I am. Unfortunately, one of my friends is applying to all of the colleges I'm applying to and keeps saying how cool it would be if we were roommates. I just got out of a horrible emotionaly abusive, controlling and manipulative relationship a week and a half.ago...he had alot of insecurities a bad temper and was immensely jealouse. now you might find me crazy for asking this but after we broke up after the begging on the same day i left him ( i left him in person at his place) he's just emailed me 3 times since then and i was very strict and assertive with him..he tried the guilt trip crap on me and what not...now i am just worried..because i expected him to go more psycho than that after i left him..such as him stalking me and stuff..cuz he did warn me he'll never let me get away from him..but there has been no sign of him...and knowing how grudgy and unpredictable and unstable he is i'm really scared he might be planning something. I'm constantly paranoid and watching my back...he's way too quiet and i feel like he might be up to something...what would you say?
