What does it feel like when you have an ulcer?? I have severe acid reflux and everytime i eat i feel like i am going to vomit. I have pain in my stomach also.

A real stomach ulcer is actually eased for a while after you eat because the stomach acid has something else to work on for about one half hour. 90% of all stomach Ulcers are now found to be caused by the H. Pylori bacteria. However, you may be suffering from some aspect of your gall bladder dysfunctioning that is the one that causes pain and vomiting usually. Have a good Gastroenteroligist give you an exam. The meds today for Gastric Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) are greatly effective.

I Have chronic peptic ulcer and acid reflux most ulcers are caused by a Bactria h pylor.i I'm on bunches of meds for it i just found out about a month ago.even tho i eat more healthy i still have breathing problems after i eat.you should just eat 5-6 really small meals per day for breakfast eat a healthy cereal with soy milk, 2nd meal yogurt and a banana, lunch maybe a salad with not to many onions or tomatoes and just a little dressing, 4th meal maybe a handful and cashews and some carrots, and dinner maybe a tuna sandwich with a little mayo and a drop of lemon, and for 6th meal before bed drink some herb tea and eat some almonds or raisins or a fruit and remember to chew chew chew really well and take your time eating

An ulcer is painful like acid reflux(burning) and an additional painful ache.............My dad had ulcers & reflux............I have acid reflux only...The burning is very bad for me.....I belched a lot at night... Dr. said my body makes 3 times too much acid.....Prilosec is my miracle pill............1 pill a day and I am pain free from the start....don't belch too much anymore.......Good luck to you.....(Oh and the pain was mostly in the middle of my chest) thought it was heart problem, but thank God it wasn't....

I wouldn't be convinced that is an ulcer by your symptoms. I believe you have acid reflux disease. Please see your doctor. As a physician I recommend only first hand Dr visits to diagnose a disease or disorder!!!

pandemic in these worrisome times-- treat with pepcid otc from
rite aid if symptoms persist do see your friendly family doc aned good luck, if ucerlis suspected, he will wNT SOME TESTS
like the freindly swalloow the gooky dye for the xray but its
all for your own comfort. dont delay. no need to suffer.

if you had ulcer's you'd know it...they will rupture (not a serious complication, i promise) and you would bleed out of your behind...lol...no, seriously!
