The Vatican is not a country. It's a state of Italy. It has it's own government yes, but it's not an independent country. And I have yet to find a country that is totally and completely Christian.

There is no such thing. There is no need for a physical Christian nation. God is not segregated by borders. It is foolish to think the Vatican city does not have an unbeliever in its midst.

Probably the Vatican, or any Christian foundnation, .... but then again how many good Christians in a group of Christians is probably the better question ?
